Good News Corner

Our Sunday school kids have been making Easter cards for some of the senior folks in our church! A big thanks to our children and to Joanna Darvish, our Deacon Moderator, for this wonderful idea!

Deacons of the Month

For the month of April, our Deacons of the Month are Joanna Darvish and Michelle Oliver.

Our Deacon Board will be rotating duties each month, and if any need arises during a particular month, the Deacons of the Month will be attending to the needs of our church family.

Volunteer to Join the Pacific Palisades Community Council Advisory Task Forces

The Pacific Palisades Community Council is seeking community volunteers to serve on a series of advisory task forces aimed at helping guide recovery and rebuilding efforts in Pacific Palisades.

The effort is part of the council’s newly developed Pacific Palisades Recovery and Rebuild Framework, which was created with the help of community volunteer leaders to coordinate collaboration among local organizations and residents involved in recovery efforts.

You Can Be a Snack Angel!

We are looking for volunteers to serve as Sunday Snack Angels! On the snack table each Sunday is a sign up sheet for you to select a date to provide snacks for our church family.

If you are unable to physically pick up and deliver the snacks yourself, please make a note next to your name and you can donate $100 to cover the cost of all the food for one Sunday. This donation can also be made online HERE. Please contact Elder Lynette Shishido, our snack captain, or Pastor Grace for more information and to sign up!
