It's Not Too Late to Join the Advent Bible Study

Pastor Matt and Pastor Grace invite you to prepare your heart for the coming of the Christ Child by joining in a conversation around the study, “A Season of Hope and Anticipation: Advent Themes in the Four Gospels.”

Angel Tree Giving Opportunity

It's that special time of year!

Once again, Pali Pres is working with Angel Tree to provide gifts to the children of incarcerated parents. Gift tags are available to be picked up at a table as you enter the church this Sunday (December 7th) and next Sunday (the 14th). Gifts need to be returned by Sunday, December 21st so that they can be delivered in plenty of time for Christmas. Thank you, as always, for your love and care for these families in need!

Decorating for Advent

Brentwood Presbyterian Church will hold its annual Christmas Decorating Party tomorrow, Saturday, Dec 6th from 9am-noon and has invited Pali Pres members and friends to join in the fun. If you're interested in helping decorate our worship space for Christmas (and enjoy some cookies and cider in the process) please come! There is no need to RSVP.

Deacons of the Month

For the month of December, our Deacons of the Month are Joanna Darvish and Michelle Oliver.

Our Deacon Board will be rotating duties each month, and if any need arises during a particular month, the Deacons of the Month will be attending to the needs of our church family.

You Can Be a Snack Angel!

We are looking for volunteers to serve as Sunday Snack Angels! On the snack table each Sunday is a sign up sheet for you to select a date to provide snacks for our church family.

If you are unable to physically pick up and deliver the snacks yourself, please make a note next to your name and you can donate $100 to cover the cost of all the food for one Sunday. This donation can also be made online HERE. Please contact Elder Lynnette Shishido, our snack captain, or Pastor Grace for more information and to sign up!

We are so thankful to last Sunday’s Snack Angels, The Roswell Family, for graciously providing coffee and refreshments. What a blessing! This week’s refreshments are provided by Nina & Dave Kidd!
