Counseling? Disaster Resource Centers (DRCs) are now open to the public in two locations as of TODAY in West LA and Pasadena. DRCs are for everyone affected by the fires, even if you were just evacuated or just had minor damage to your home. These are one-stop places to go to receive support and be plugged into the relief and benefits you now qualify for. DISASTER RESOURCE CENTER (DRC) #1: UCLA Research Park/Former Westside Pavillion 10850 W. Pico Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90064. HOURS: 9am-8pm 7 days a week DISASTER RESOURCE CENTER (DRC) #2: Pasadena City College/Community Education Center 3035 E. Foothill Blvd. Pasadena, CA 91107 HOURS: 9am-8pm 7 days a week. There are virtual options and Santa Monica College and Pepperdine University are offering help with FEMA applications as well.
