In Crust we Trust: Winner Bakes All!

We’re happy to announce the return of The Great Pali Pres Bake-Off! If you bring a homemade baked good to our Fall Kickoff on Saturday, October 3rd, you will automatically be entered into the contest. Winners will be rewarded a very special trophy! However, let’s be honest. When it comes to homemade baked goods from our congregation, everyone’s a winner!

Fall Kickoff Volunteers Needed

We are in great need of volunteers to help set up and/or clean up for the Fall Kickoff on Saturday, October 3rd. Setup will begin at 9am and cleanup should commence around 2pm. Please email Operations Director, Will Saunders, or sign up HERE.

Come Sing with the Pali Pres Choir!

Have you ever thought about singing in the choir? Come give it a try! Whether you’re an experienced musician, haven’t sung in a choir since high school, or have never sung in a choir at all, you are welcome. No audition or previous experience is required!

Going forward, we’ll rehearse every Thursday evening from 7:00–9:00 PM. On Sunday mornings, we meet at 10:45 AM to warm up, review our music, and put everything together before the 11:30 AM worship service.

Choir is a wonderful way to make music, meet new people, and be an active part of worship at Pali Pres. My goal is to fill our choir loft with as many voices as possible, and there is always room for one more!

If you’ve ever been curious about choir, come give it a try! All voices and all experience levels are welcome. I’d love to have you sing with us!

A VERY Exciting Step Forward for Pali Pres!

After a great deal of hard work (and more than a few answered prayers), Pali Pres has officially begun the search for a project manager and an architect to guide us in rebuilding our church!

A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for architectural and design firms has been finalized and posted on our website and social media pages. Likewise, we have also finalized and published a Request for Proposals (RFP) for project management services. Interested firms have until October 29, 2026 to submit the necessary information. Contract negotiations and approval are estimated to take place around November 16, 2026. Please keep this entire process in your prayers and stay tuned for updates.

This past Sunday, we recognized our beloved Pali Pres Deacons. They do so much behind the scenes tending to our flock in the name of Christ that every Sunday should be Deacons Sunday! Next time you see one of our Deacons, please thank them for all they do!

This past Sunday, we celebrated Pastor Matt’s 22nd year of ordination! We are so blessed to be a part of those years, and for God to have guided him and his lovely family to our church!
