Important News from the Pali Pres Session

This past Tuesday, the PPPC Session unanimously approved four key goals related to our church's recovery and restoration. We encourage everyone in the Pali Pres family to continually pray for our church as we pursue these goals and God's will for our church. A Spooktacular Trunk or Treat

Let's give a huge shoutout and heartfelt thanks to Sylvia Boyd, Lorna and Dennis (Sylvia’s daughter and her boyfriend), Sharon Browning, Bill Walker, Michelle Oliver, and Carlos and Jessica (Ms. Lucy's son and his girlfriend)! Their time, talent, love, and candy made Trunk or Treat 2025 an incredibly memorable event. We couldn't have done it without you — thank you for making it so special for our children!

Good News Corner

Pali Pres members Peter and Laurie Rasmussen welcomed their grandson to the world on October 16th! Kai Rowan Dryer-Rasmussen weighed 7lb 9oz, height 20 inches. Baby and mom are happy and healthy!

A “Refreshing” Show of Love

We are so blessed that Brentwood Pres has welcomed us with such open arms! Their warmth has been so intense, that they had to balance it out with some cool treats last Sunday - tasty and refreshing shave ice! Thank you, BPC!

Palisades Long Term Recovery Group

All Palisadians should consider signing up with the Palisades Long Term Recovery Group, where they can be assigned a Disaster Case Manager to guide them to aid. It is an official program of VOAD (Volunteer Organizations Active in Disaster). Sign up on their website at www.PaliLTRG.org.

You Can Be a Snack Angel!

We are looking for volunteers to serve as Sunday Snack Angels! On the snack table each Sunday is a sign up sheet for you to select a date to provide snacks for our church family.

If you are unable to physically pick up and deliver the snacks yourself, please make a note next to your name and you can donate $100 to cover the cost of all the food for one Sunday. This donation can also be made online HERE. Please contact Elder Lynnette Shishido, our snack captain, or Pastor Grace for more information and to sign up!

We are so thankful to last Sunday’s Snack Angel, David Wood, for graciously providing coffee and refreshments. What a blessing! This week’s refreshments are provided by Margaret Keene!
