Wednesday Prayer Group Summer Schedule

Please join us on Wednesday, June 4th, at 7 PM, for an all-church prayer meeting on Zoom. Pastor Matt and Pastor Grace will lead us through a time of scripture, prayer, and sharing. We hope that you can all join us for a time of healing.

Over the summer, the Wednesday Prayer Group will only be meeting once a month on the first Wednesday; June 4th, July 2nd and August 6th.

Good News Corner

Congratulations to Dianne Jerome for replacing her car that was lost in the fire! As we continue to pick up the pieces after the disaster, it’s important we look to the positive progress made in each other’s lives for inspiration and encouragement, as we all drive towards a new horizon together!

You Can Be a Snack Angel!

We have been blessed the last few months by so many churches, friends, and organizations who have donated food and funds for our coffee fellowship hour after church.

We are looking for volunteers from within our own Pali Pres community. Many of you have mentioned that you would like to be a snack angel, and we are so grateful! On the snack table each Sunday is a sign up sheet for you to select a date to provide snacks for our church family.

If you are unable to physically pick up and deliver the snacks yourself, please make a note next to your name and you can donate $100 to cover the cost of all the food for one Sunday. This donation can also be made online HERE. Please contact Elder Lynnette Shishido, our snack captain, or Pastor Grace for more information and to sign up! Please join us for this important ministry to our church family!

We are so thankful to last Sunday’s snack angel, St. Peter’s by the Sea, for graciously providing coffee and refreshments. What a blessing! This week’s refreshments are provided by the National Charity League San Fernando Valley Chapter SWANS!
